WECI Inc is a Virginia corporation located in the Shenandoah Valley and specializing in environmental management, testing, and consulting since 1991. WECI is a veteran-owned company, and a certified Small, Woman, and Minority-owned (SWAM) vendor. 

WECI is also a member of ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials), the ACGIG (American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists), and the AIHA (American Industrial Hygiene Association), Top of VA Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders Association of VA, and the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber of Commerce. WECI provides its services to commercial industry, residential, government agencies and municipalities through the Mid-Atlantic region, including VA, WV, PA, MD, NC, GA, and TN.

WECI has established excellent working relationships with many state and regional environmental offices and keeps current with all of the recent changes involving soil sampling, asbestos, lead-based paint, soil and water sampling, hazardous waste streams, and mold/indoor air quality. 

WECI is experienced in working with contractors, safety teams, developers, and financial institutions to ascertain potential environmental issues, especially before property sale, change in use, or renovation/demolition through Phase I environmental site assessments along with other property studies and materials testing programs. 

WECI provides customized programs, which identify the specific concerns of the customer, and then incorporates these programs within the framework of state regulations to better suit the customer’s needs for each of the environmental assessments.
